Who are we?
Hooper & Hanson established in 2012 to deliver high quality care to people with mental health issues. We have become leaders in the provision of clinical mental health nursing services throughout Australia in the primary care health sector. We have proven specialist expertise providing specialist credentialed mental health care to people in rural and remote areas where these services have never been provided previously. We don’t only provide these services we design programs to suit specific communities.
What do we do?
As leading providers of mental health nursing services in Australia, we believe that nurse led care that is coordinated is the best way to get the right service to the right person at the right time in order to promote mental health and well-being. Our focus is on working with teams- we integrate care seamlessly between GPs, psychologists and psychiatrists, and coordinate any other services that people need to promote their recovery. We are skilled in counselling, coordination, liaison, assessment, physical health needs, psychological skills and care planning. Hooper & Hanson have been successful in providing specialist Credentialed Mental Health Nursing services in the Outback of NSW for over 2 years where this service has never been provided previously.
